It wasn’t really on my planned to go and watch the MusicFest 2010: Boyce Avenue, Jabbawockeez & Kris Allen since I don’t have a budget. However, thanks to Iris for providing me and friend the tickets. Woot! ^_^

Friend and I rushed to the concert venue to get our tickets after we ate dinner last Saturday. We went out the cab as soon as it stopped in front of the venue, again hurry to the entrance, and meet Iris sister. After then, we got stuck at the entrance for forever. Pft!

I have watched numerous concerts before. So absolutely I know what is ban inside the concert venue. However, the tension for being late and excitement pull us to be at fault at the show. We were at the gate then when I and friend decided to take photos while way in the entrance. Then puff! It became coco-crunch. Wrah!

The marshals held us at the gates entrance and seized friend’s DSLR. We were so upset of what had happened and started to get pissed. We were there for like 20 minutes while Boyce Avenue was on stage. Thank good Lord that it wasn’t the Jabbawockeez or Kris Allen yet. (Sorry but I’m not a fan of B.A.)

We remained calmed and took care of the fuss. After all the pleading we made with the marshals, we chose to settle the long converse to the event organizer and finally led us to get inside the gig. Breathe out.

However I did asked the organizer, “why is this venue doesn’t have a baggage area? And where the confiscated things should be deposit?” The organizer said nothing. Anyhow we got in. Cased closed.

Fast forward.

Although Kris Allen didn’t sing the No Boundaries and Jabbawockeez didn’t pick me to go up the stage, we still had so much fun and obviously enjoyed what we saw that night! Good times!

Friend is now a Kris Allen fan. LOL. You got me Kris Allen and I love you Jabbawockeez – Proudly Pinoy! Woot!

HOW TO JOIN?

3. Submit a video entry answering the question, “If anything was possible, what would you do to make the world happy for a day?

• All entries should begin with the phrase “Hi I’m <name> and I’m a Havaianas Happy Sole” as opening statement.
• All answers should begin with the phrase “To make the world happy for a day, I would…”
• All entries should end with the phrase “Make me happy, take me and my friends to Brazil! Please vote for me!” as closing statement.

4. Answers to the contest question, excluding the opening and closing statements, should only be a maximum of one (1) minute.

5. Entries may be submitted in three (3) easy ways:

• In person by going to a roving video booth which will be set up in key malls around the Philippines. Contestants must fill up the official entry form provided on location and answer the question by recording their own video in the Havaianas video booth.
